Ans. Yes, members who signed-up before commencement date of the new signup process are required to sign-up again on the new platform
Q2. What documents do I need to complete the signup process?
Ans. Copy of your National Registration Card (NRC) and Passport Size Photo
Q3. Which name should I enter as my last name?
Ans. Enter the last name as it appears on your NRC
Q4. Can I use someone's email address to Sign-up?
Ans. No, always use your personal email address
Q5. Can I use someone's mobile number to Sign-up?
Ans. No, only numbers registered in your own names with your Mobile Network Operator (MNO) must be used
Q6. What can cause the Signup to fail?
Ans. i) If your details (i.e. Names, NRC No and Date of Birth) held at NAPSA are incorrect or
ii) If your personal details at MNO and NAPSA are not the same
Q7. What should I do, if I fail to sign-up due to the reasons under item Q6(i) above?
Ans. Follow the on-screen prompts and complete the online verification form, attach a copy of both sides of your NRC then submit. A submission reference number is sent to you via SMS/email for tracking your case as it is being verified.
Q8. What should I do, if I fail to sign-up due to the reasons under item Q6(ii) above?
Ans. Visit your MNO with a copy of your NRC to verify your details held with the MNO. Ensure the MNO has captured your names and other details correctly
Q9. Can I sign-up more than once using different MNO's
Ans. No, only one signup is allowed per member, if the mobile number has changed, you are required to visit the nearest NAPSA office to amend the number.
Q10. Can I use the same credentials to sign-in on eNAPSA and NAPSA Mobile App?
Ans. Yes, once you have successfully signed-up using this process, you can use the same password to login on both eNAPSA and the Mobile App.
